Return and Exchange Policy

Contact service@berna.watch before shipping any return or exchange, providing your order reference and reason. Failure to do so may delay or prevent processing.

Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, with all tags, protections, and packaging intact. You may exchange an item once only.

Condition issues (scratches, damaged straps) may result in partial refund or denial — contact service first.

Customer responsibility: You cover return shipping unless the issue is proven manufacturing defect.

Options:

  • Refund: Full amount (minus shipping) to original payment method.

  • Store credit: Coupon for future purchase.

Exchange: Select equal-value item or receive store credit.
